Training

Our highly trained technical staff team will teach your IT department the ins and outs of running and maintaining your BlackBerry Enterprise Server to an optimum level.
Training also includes teaching new users how to operate their device. This will give new users a head start and will enable them to fully utilize their devices without delay.
Berkley IT will provide your business with the essential training courses to help individuals and the enterprise to maximize their BlackBerry® productivity. The Berkley IT Training portfolio includes a course for IT departments and an additional course for BlackBerry® users. Training is carried out by BlackBerry® certified training instructors who aim to maximize learning through sharing knowledge and experience.

IT Department Training

If your business employs an IT department, Berkley IT will train your IT staff to manage the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server by being provided with the skills to install, configure, manage and support the infrastructure. IT staff will also be equipped with the practical and technical knowledge to answer common questions, troubleshoot any BlackBerry® handheld issues and to recognize problems that require referral to the Berkley IT Helpdesk.

Training of participants can be carried out onsite at your premises or at a location of your preference. The duration of the training course is 45 minutes and includes lab configuration and exercises. The training can be tailored to your specific mail environment such as Lotus Domino®, Microsoft Exchange® or Novell GroupWise®.

BlackBerry Handheld Users

Once the BlackBerry solution is operational, Berkley IT will train all BlackBerry handheld users in how to fully utilize their devices according to their work requirements. The Berkley IT Training portfolio includes: Basic Handheld Training, Handheld Advanced Training and BlackBerry Handheld for Executives. Tailor-made packages can also be provided to your business on request.
