When you join our programme we'll appoint a dedicated account manager to:
- answer day-to-day queries
- assist you with customer opportunities
- guide you through Berkley IT processes
- help you develop business plans, establish long term goals and put them into action
Your account manager also has an experienced team behind them, to offer help, support and resources when required.
Technical support and training
We provide you with technical updates, to give you the in-depth knowledge you need to build better solutions for your customers. And we keep you up to date with white papers and product presentation material. We can also arrange face-to-face technical and product training if you need it. And we'll keep you regularly updated with newsletters and e-news.

A profit share is available to Partners of Berkley IT, in addition to our Support Service we provide connectivity to carriers and offer tariffs which can be adapted to suit the business models of your customers. Your Account Manager works with you to provide current pricing, including data only tariffs, data and voice tariffs, and data device pricing. The Commercial offering to the Partner is truly rich in all aspects of both profit share and re-investment through joint marketing ventures
